Machining
Vertical turning, gantry milling, horizontal machining and floor boring for mating surfaces.
Silkscreen & marking
Warning marks, reference lines and nameplates according to drawings.
Wet paint & powder coating
Wet paint or electrostatic powder coating after pretreatment, with colour separation and film-thickness control.
Assembly
Assembly of hinges, locks, acrylic windows and mounting plates.
Inspection & delivery
CMM and gauge inspection, packing and port delivery.
